Every year there are continuously new food trends that pop up and fade but one that stood the test of time is the good old steakhouse. Too often you plan a special occasion to a steakhouse and then find yourself either ridiculously happy with your perfectly cooked steak, or thoroughly disappointed. This is our Top 5 list of where to get the best steaks in the city so that the carnivore in you is never dissatisfied again.

This place is a steak lovers heaven. Why? ALL YOU CAN EAT STEAK!!! For $50 from Sunday to

Thursday and $57 from Friday to Saturday you can chow down on as much steak as you like. The steak (over 16+ cuts) is all served table side and sliced right in front of you. Don’t forget to also check out the buffet which has fresh salads, cheeses, and loads of other sides to round out your meal. TIP: Come on a Friday or Saturday night and enjoy a Samba and Aerialist Silk Performance. If it also happens to be your birthday, your meal is free if you come with three other friends!

This Yorkville steakhouse is part of a global chain that is modern, stylish, and satisfies on all levels. The interior is beautifully decorated with music by a DJ starting around 6:00PM most nights. If you are lucky, you may even spot a local celebrity. The complimentary fresh sourdough pull apart bread and accompanying dip are absolutely to die for at dinner. When you order your steak, make sure you get it with truffle butter.

I may be cheating here a little as Baro is not exactly a steakhouse BUT their Big Ass Steak is just too good to ignore. Their 32oz roasted bone-in-rib-eye is accompanied by chimichurri sauce, avocado, and yuca fries is incredibly delicious. Drinks here are extremely refreshing and well crafted and the service is second to none.

This cozy French restaurant serves the best cote de boeuf in the city! This grilled 24oz AAA grade rib eye, bone in, and sliced is incredible and I can’t even begin to describe it. This is served with frites, toasted baguette, mixed greens, ratatouille, and spiced mayonnaise for just $68 for two people. Prices here are very reasonable and they even have a prix fixe menu for $32.95.

ultimate steakhouse experience. The menu selection is quite extensive but the servers are all very helpful and more than happy to go through your options. The steaks range anywhere from $42 for a Canadian Beef Tenderloin to $990 for a A5 Kobe Black Tajima. This place is definitely not cheap, but it is worth it. If there is one appetizer that I would recommend, it would be Jacob’s Caesar Salad which is served table side. This is not your average Caesar salad so just try it!

If I had to pick one of these restaurants as my ultimate favorite for steak it would have to be Jules Bistro. The price point is reasonable and the food is amazing. For a steak lover like me that could have a steak everyday, this is my go to spot.
